Tomorrow I'm off to Gallifrey, the convention not the planet. I have no idea what to expect, and am excited and terrified all at once. I'm sure it'll be a blast, and I can't wait to meet everyone. If you're there, and you see me wandering around, dazed, or seemingly looking straight through you, I'm probably jetlagged or drunk. Or just not wearing my glasses (if you're more than 50 feet away, you don't exist). Or all three. Come and say hello, don't be scared, unless I'm waving a knife around or something. I will blog about it when I'm back, will probably be too tired during the event. But I may send random pics, if I can remember how to do that from my phone.
There will also be more background stuff about Torchwood, now that I can talk spoilery stuff. So gird your loins.
And although I completely failed to blog about it for ages, the WGA strike raged on long and hard (ooer), and seems to finally be over. I'd do a long post about how good I feel about it, but (a) I'm tired, (b) I don't know all the ins and outs so I'd just get something wrong (although Piers has a great summary here), and (c) I can't remember what (c) was going to be. I'm so, so tired. Been a long week. Which I will blog about later. Right now, I must sleep.
